Once an offer is accepted, the buyer and seller have a predetermined deadline to complete repairs, obtain inspections, and secure financing. When conditions are removed and the offer is firm, it’s time to contact your family lawyer and make arrangements to withdraw funds from yuor RRSP or TFSA, if necessary (it can take 5-10 days to process a withdrawal).
